December 20, 2025

As part of their curriculum, 2nd-year EREE students participated in a two-day field visit to the Noor Ouarzazate solar complex, one of the largest solar projects in the world. This immersion provided a unique opportunity to connect theoretical lessons with the operational realities of large-scale energy infrastructure. During the visit, students discovered the various solar technologies deployed on site, understood how the installations work, and appreciated the strategic role of the Noor complex in Morocco’s energy transition. This experience also raised awareness of sustainable development challenges and the importance of renewable energies in the national energy model. Through initiatives like this, CFMDV reaffirms its commitment to providing education grounded in real-world experience, promoting learning by doing, and preparing future professionals for tomorrow’s energy and environmental challenges.
